What we collect and why

• Order data — your name, email address, billing country/address and order details, to deliver your purchase, send receipts, handle support and refunds, and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
• Payment data — card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Support emails — what you send us, to answer you (legitimate interest).
• Technical data — our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure this website (legitimate interest).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We don't sell your data. We only send marketing emails if you opt in.

Processors and transfers

We use Stripe (payments, and where applicable merchant of record) and Cloudflare (hosting). They may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (normally 6–10 years); support emails up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
